The photo you upload is used once, to draw your kid's character. It is deleted the moment you approve the character and is never used to train any model.

What we keep, and for how long

• The photo: until you approve the character, and no longer than 24 hours.
• Unpaid previews: 7 days.
• Paid book images and print files: 90 days.
• Order and consent records: 7 years, as required for tax and consumer law.

Who processes data for us

Black Forest Labs, OpenAI, Anthropic, fal.ai, Cloudflare, Neon, Whop, Lulu, Resend, Inngest, Vercel. Data is processed in the United States.

Deleting everything

Every email we send includes a link that deletes everything about the book. That link is also how you make a data-subject request.
