Refunds and reprints

See every page before you pay. If the printed book arrives damaged or with a printing mistake, send us a photo within 30 days and we reprint it free. If it doesn't arrive, we refund you.

How to claim

Email hello@tinylegendbooks.com with your order number and a photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery. We reprint at no cost and ship the replacement the same way as the original.

Books that never arrive

If tracking shows no delivery 10 business days after the latest estimated date, we refund the order in full to the original payment method.

Change of mind

Every book is printed to order from a preview you approved page by page, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. You can edit any page, the dedication and the title before you pay.
